1. How to carry them out
Any communication between the Customer and JUANFORONDA.COM relating to a specific order may be made either by ordinary mail, e-mail, telephone or fax. In these last three cases, the messages will be considered valid and binding, provided that the password of the e-mail, fax, or the checks that JUANFORONDA.COM considers pertinent to carry out through the telephone, appear to belong to the counterparty and (fax) the original of the communication appears to have been signed by a representative of the counterparty.
